The challenges vary but often include that of transitioning in existing teams career development and balancing work/life responsibilities. About the trainer:
Faith McCalla has over 20 years’ experience working in various capacities with many different groups, including teenage mothers, youth, and adults with emotional challenges. Her area of expertise is employment. She is the former Director of the Career Connection Employment Resource Institute at the Mental Health Association in New Jersey - a position she held for 13 years.
Faith has a MS in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from Rutgers (formerly UMDNJ) and is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor for the National Counsel for Behavioral Health.
